Beta Club

The BETA Club at Cope Middle School!

The Beta Club is a great club that thinks of others, and the members must perform many hours of community service. The sponsors of the club are Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Hernandez, and Mrs. Vance, and they select 7th and 8th grade students with outstanding grades to become part of the club. Every year students need to complete fifty service hours throughout the school year. The Beta Club has monthly meetings to talk about how they can achieve the fifty hours they need to have. They also make cards for Veterans. The Beta Club has several ongoing service projects. Students can bring school supplies and books for the Meadowview library, canned goods for the food pantry, toiletries for the homeless shelter and many more service opportunities to earn service hours.
